Cancellation policy: Within a two week window prior to stay, deposit is non refundable unless we are able to re-book your stay dates. Within a one month window of stay, deposits may be used on a new stay. Beyond one month window of your stay, we will issue a full refund. Credit card fees will be deducted from any stay paid by card prior to refund.
